How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks before your event to ensure availability and allow time for custom overlay design. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests - reach out and we'll let you know.
Do you travel outside Toronto and the GTA?
Yes. We serve all of the GTA including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, and Oakville. Travel fees may apply for events further afield - any travel costs will be clearly outlined in your proposal upfront.
How long does setup take and when do you arrive?
We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your event start time. Our team handles full delivery, setup, operation throughout the event, and teardown - you don't need to lift a finger.
Can I fully customise the prints and overlays?
Absolutely. Every booking includes a custom overlay designed to match your event theme, brand colours, logo, and any names or details you'd like included. Custom overlay design is complimentary on every booking.
What power and space do you need at the venue?
A standard 120V wall outlet within 25 feet of the setup area is all we need. For space, most setups require roughly a 10×10 ft area - we'll confirm the exact requirements once we know which experiences you're booking.
What's your deposit and payment policy?
A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of your event. Full payment details and terms are included in every custom proposal we send.
