We map out your venue layout before the event and plan the robot's roaming route to maximize coverage across all areas - dinner tables, cocktail lounges, dance floor, and beyond.
Our team arrives 90 minutes early, fully sets up the robot system, calibrates the camera and lighting, and tests the print station - all before your guests arrive.

How large a venue can the robot cover?
Our robot can navigate most standard ballroom and conference hall layouts. For very large venues, we plan the roaming route strategically to maximize coverage across all areas. We discuss this during our pre-event planning process to ensure no section of the venue is left uncovered.
Does the robot need a dedicated attendant?
Yes. A trained attendant accompanies the robot at all times throughout the booking window. They manage the camera settings, direct guests for posed shots, handle digital sharing, and ensure everything runs flawlessly. You never have to manage anything yourself.
Can it do both candid and posed shots?
Absolutely - that's one of the robot's biggest strengths. It captures genuine candid moments as it roams (guests reacting to the robot, laughing with tablemates, mid-conversation), and guests can also pause it for formal posed portraits whenever they want.
What happens if the robot can't reach a specific area?
If there's an area the robot physically can't navigate - like a tight corridor or an elevated platform - our attendant carries the camera system to that area directly. No guest gets left behind regardless of venue layout.
Is there a separate print station or does the robot print on-board?
For packages that include prints, we set up a compact print station at a designated spot in the venue. The attendant brings the photo to print and can deliver it directly to the guest. Digital sharing happens instantly on-site via the robot's system.
Do you serve areas outside of Toronto?
Yes - we serve the full Greater Toronto Area including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Scarborough, Oakville, and surrounding regions. A travel fee may apply for locations beyond 40km from downtown Toronto.
