We design your magazine cover layout - masthead, headlines, issue details, and brand colours. A design proof is sent to you for approval. Revisions are welcome until it's exactly right.

Our team arrives 90 minutes before your guests. Camera, studio lighting, and the iPad sharing station are fully set up and tested before anyone walks in.

Guests pose for their cover shot. Our attendant directs the lighting angle and pose for genuinely editorial results - not the look of a quick snapshot, but the look of a real cover.

Can we use our own company's magazine name and logo?

Yes - the entire layout is built around your brand. We incorporate your company name, logo, colour scheme, custom headlines, and any other messaging you want. It looks like a publication your company actually produces. For personal events, we work with your theme, names, and event details instead.

How many layout designs can we use at one event?

The Essential and Cover Story packages include one master layout. The Icon (5-hour) package includes up to two layout variations - great if you want different headline styles or a design change at the halfway point of the evening. Additional layouts can be arranged for any package at an added design fee.

What size does the printed magazine cover come in?

Printed covers are available in 5×7" (portrait magazine format) or 4×6". The digital version is delivered in both a social-optimized format (9:16 portrait) and a standard high-res version. You choose your preferred format when booking.

How long does setup take and when do you arrive?

We arrive 90 minutes before your event's start time to set up, test, and calibrate the full system. When your guests arrive, everything is already running and ready to go.

Can the Magazine Booth work at a trade show booth or conference?

Absolutely - and it's one of our most requested activations for that exact environment. It drives significant foot traffic to your booth, gives attendees a reason to stop and engage, and puts your brand on every cover they share. It's lead generation that doesn't feel like lead generation.

Do you serve areas outside of Toronto?

Yes. We serve the full Greater Toronto Area - Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Scarborough, Oakville, and surrounding regions. A travel fee may apply for locations beyond 40km from downtown Toronto.
